Join our Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors is responsible for managing the corporate needs of Notes for Peace, Inc., and for raising the funds needed to put Notes for Peace programs into action. New Board members are elected once a year by the current Board, and must agree to a yearly fundraising minimum. High-level donors are automatically considered for Board positions. Join our Advisory Board
Advisory Board members provide expert advice to Notes for Peace so that our programs are the most successful they can be. Our Advisory Board is the Notes for Peace networking resource. Advisory Board members help Notes for Peace reach out to potential donors and new markets about Notes for Peace programs, and promote Notes for Peace to their colleagues and friends. Become an Officer
Officers of Notes for Peace are employed by the Board of Directors to manage the day-to-day affairs of Notes for Peace, including the development and management of Notes for Peace programs. Officers must reside in the New York-Tristate area, and be available to meet in New York City on a weekly basis. To be considered for an Officer position, please click here.
Volunteer for Notes for Peace
Notes for Peace volunteers help get the word out about Notes for Peace, work at Notes for Peace events, and participate in Notes for Peace programs. Committed Notes for Peace volunteers will also have the chance to work at the Notes for Peace camp, and may become committee members and Advisory Board members. Join the Notes for Peace Camp Steering Committee
The Notes for Peace Camp steering committee will be responsible for developing the Notes for Peace Camp curriculum, securing a location for the camp, and organizing a process of recruiting participants. The committee will be meeting in New York City. To join the committee, please click here.

The Notes for Peace on Campus Programming Committee is responsible for developing the Programming Booklet that will be sent to Notes for Peace on Campus Clubs at the beginning of each school year. To join the committee, please click here.
